Timezone Implementation Request: UTC-3:30

Currently, Timezonetracker is missing UTC-3:30 within its list of selectable time zones for your account. People (such as myself) who happen to live on the Canadian Island (one of Canada’s largest, with a decent-sized population) are unable to set their time zone accurately to Newfoundland Standard Time (NST)/Newfoundland Daylight Time (NDT) (UTC-3:30), and we are forced to use one of the adjacent time zones (such as UTC-3:00).
